Oberiberg - Laucheren Mountain Restaurant towards Ibergeregg Hike from October 8, 2025 Can be found on Komoot.de at www.komoot.de/tour/2622700253 "It's a beautiful day." We can only agree! From Oberiberg, the Laucheren chairlift takes us up to the cozy, eponymous "Berg-Beizli" (mountain restaurant). After a fortifying coffee, we head uphill gently toward Ibergeregg. A visit to the "Sonnenhütte" (sun hut) is a must. As always, it's busy, but we're lucky and find a cozy spot. A short walk back toward Ibergeregg and then left takes us leisurely back to Oberiberg. https://youtu.be/laV4C_R9tnE

A popular cycling pass. From the southwest side, it's quite steep in places. But the scenery is beautiful and the ride is enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The rustic Alpine building is manned by members on weekends from October to May. Soup, cheese, drinks, cakes, and sweets are sold. Day visitors are also welcome, of course.

It's a great place to take a break. Prices are typical for Switzerland. The view is also very beautiful.
