Actually located in the middle of the (small) town of Neufeld an der Leitha, the lake offers everything you could wish for from a swimming lake: refreshment, sports activities, relaxation.

A very historically interesting place, here only one tower remains from the former village, which was then rebuilt in a more distant location. Only the cemetery is still near the tower.

Well, nothing to drive to twice... once is enough. Everything is built up and you can only swim if you pay an entrance fee. A lake has been converted into a closed swimming pool with residents' access.
