Still, a beautiful weather vane representing the animal is located in the city center. If you are a lover of good food, then I recommend that you reserve a table at chef Cyril Attrazic's Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant. You will have the choice between a starred restaurant, but in the same establishment, the chef also runs a brasserie and a bistro. There is something for all budgets. It's quite unexpected to find such gastronomic diversity in such a small village. Aumont-Aubrac is also one of the key places in Lozère to taste this extraordinary dish that is aligot (mashed potatoes mixed with fresh tomme cheese).
