The Col de Fontfroide marks the break in the Haut-Languedoc plateaus with diving in the Jaur valley in Olargues.

The view of the heights of Fontfroide is magnificent, and the Salvetat is just as magnificent, a route with a bit of D+ but it is well worth it.

These public toilets are a life saver! Clean washbasins and drinkable water. Filled all my bottles and made it back to Beziers! Thank you to Andreas!

Very nice lake. It can be chilly at times. Caught beautiful trout in the tributary.

As far as I know, there is only one restaurant on the tour, "La Clairière Restaurant bistronomique. Cambon et Salvergues" in Cambon. It's good that in Cambon there is also the possibility to refill drinking water at the public toilets.
