Bridge that crosses the river and takes you to Sant Llorenç along the Can Bodó trail, but nothing flat, you either go up or down!

Fantastic gorges that today have enough water to immerse yourself in with your whole body. Today I was the only one who swam in them, but it was a "tasty" after almost 50 km and 1400 meters of elevation gain.

The Romanesque church is located in the main square. Right next to it is the Youth Hostel, which the girl tells me has only been open for three days. We had lunch there at a quarter to three, some bravas and an omelette sandwich that was really good.

At the western end of the municipality of Sant Llorenç de la Muga is a neighborhood of farmhouses known as El Palau, presided over by the hermitage of Santa Maria. To get to the place we will have to take the road that goes from Sant Llorenç de la Muga to Albanyà. A little more than 5 km from the town, on the right hand side, you can see the silhouette of the hermitage, next to the small manso. It is a church with a single nave, covered with a pointed barrel vault and closed, to the East, with a semicircular apse that is covered with an equally pointed quarter-sphere vault. The façade at the foot contrasts with its monumental character with the rest of the factory, in particular because of the enormous belfry that crowns it, with two openings and a gable roof. The site of Palau (Palatio), bathed by the Muga, is already mentioned in several documents from the 9th and 10th centuries. Of the chapel, however, there is no news before the end of the 19th century. xiii, when it appears among the churches with their own income mentioned in the Rationes Decimarum of the years 1279 and 1280.
