At the Mötjensee near Rehm-Flehde-Bargen, a 🦅 sea eagle pair has been at home for several years. Every year 🐣 white-tailed eagle hatch here. The observation tower allows a fantastic 👀 view over the nature reserve Lundener Niederung. With a little 🍀 luck, the imposing sea eagles can be observed.

The Lundener Niederung is a nature reserve that is approximately 900 hectares in size. It is located in the district of Dithmarschen and has been a nature reserve since 2011. There are beautiful paths through this area that are also suitable for cycling, but because of the relatively high vegetation you do not always have a good view of the surroundings. From this observation tower you have a great view over part of the nature reserve - highly recommended.
