This spectacular bridge is almost hidden from view and serves as an excuse to cross the Tagus River from one bank to the other. It is very well preserved and is located next to several striking rock faces.

It's a small town with few inhabitants and little social life, and an elderly population. It has running water, like most towns in the area, and a church in reasonable condition. It's an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the world for a few hours. The only bar was closed the day I visited.

This building has served as the barracks of the Zaorejas Civil Guard, although it is no longer in service 24 hours a day, it serves as a stop for the civil patrols of the worthy force.

This valley is made up of hundreds of whimsical rock formations that contribute to the splendor of the surroundings in the form of rocky canyons. This spot is another example of the many we encounter as we travel downriver.

I named it this way because it's in a very convenient location, because at that point, especially on hot days, you need a lot of water, and this oasis of life helps you continue the route. Here, you'll need to make sure you bring plenty of water, as there aren't many options for filling your water containers.
