Cala Màrmols is a remote, picturesque sandy bay in the southeast of Mallorca. It is surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and is worth seeing for its crystal-clear, turquoise water. As the bay is difficult to access, it often remains natural and is less crowded than other beaches in Mallorca. Access is by boat or a coastal hike of approx. 5-6 km. The hiking trail starts at the Far del Cap Salines lighthouse in the south.

Small, charming harbor with pleasure boats. Right in the town.

Tip: In the harbor you will find the restaurant “sal de cocó” with very tasty dishes and tapas.

The walk from the lighthouse and back is truly diverse and special (whether rain, wind, or sun). The beach itself evokes a certain beauty. We were there in mid-March and could barely stand the fishy smell. Swimming was out of the question. The beach is very natural, full of seaweed and all kinds of flotsam and jetsam.

The coastal hike between Cap Ses Salines and Cala s'Almunia is around 10 km long and always leads along the cliffs. In between there are two ways to swim safely in the sea.

This beautiful bay is only quiet out of season! We have known the Cala for many years and in the past (yes, in the past) it was a real insider tip. You have to walk (about 5 km) or take a boat, whether from the south or the north - the route is the same. A few years ago you could be sure that you would be pretty much alone there - the water was crystal clear and the beach was sandy. Mallorca at its finest.

One of the most beautiful coves on the island of Cabrera. Its crystalline waters and the natural protection offered by the bay make it one of the most visited spots on the island.
