Beautiful views of La Garrotxa and its volcanic cones. The detour from the Pirinexus circuit is worthwhile, even though it's quite steep at 15%-17%.

Not as well kept as the other tower and sadly defaced by mobile phone network antennas. A nice reminder of the past nonetheless.

Located halfway between Olot and Banyoles, this source is a perfect place to stop on the way, refresh yourself, rest, fill up your water bottles and continue on your way.

A very nice walking or running trail that parallels the Via Verda but is more hidden and right on the edge of the river. It is not super popular but you will often see dog walkers, runners, or like today, I saw a group of school children with their teachers.

Pretty close to Olot, can be done through technical trail (from Olot) or wide track (from La Pinya).

This lovely little riverside trail is perfect for a short hike, but it's also great for mountain biking. It is narrow in places and if you are not careful you will end up in the river.
