Mostly rideable downhill on a gravel bike if you're confident, but fairly boggy at the top. Uphill would be significant amounts of hike-a-bike for all but the most capable!

Llyn Teifi, the largest of the group of 6 pools and reservoirs making up the Teifi Pools, and the actual source of the River Teifi. Beautiful location surrounded by upland moorland as far as you can see.

This is a beautiful stretch of about 6 miles, with smooth gravel and open views. There's a short section of horrible road to get to Tregaron at the end but nothing too desperate (such a shame they haven't invested and extended this right into town!).

Strata Florida (Latin for ‘Vale of Flowers’) – is a ruined medieval monastery where generations of Welsh princes are buried. The abbey was founded in 1164 by white-robed Cistercian monks and it soon became the most famous church in Wales, after St Davids. Small coffee shop on-site, opening hours vary!
