There is a nice bike path next to it, but unfortunately it is a place where many people drive very recklessly.

Patschke's Villa in Gdańsk, also known as Uphagena's Villa – one of the most characteristic residences in Gdańsk, at 23 Uphagena Street in Wrzeszcz, corner of Grunwaldzka Avenue, built by a Jewish merchant, commercial councillor and owner of the Springer liqueur factory (Gustav Springer Nachf. Likör Fabrik), Rudolf Patschke (1854–1932). The residence was built in 1908–1909 at the then Uphagenweg 1 by the G. und J. Müller company from Elbląg. The interiors were decorated with majolica from Kadyny near Elbląg. After World War II, the villa housed, among others, British Consulate (-1948), District Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz (1948-1956), management and editorial offices of the Polish Radio Gdańsk (1956-2000), Gdańsk Business Club (2000-) (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Willa_Patschkego_w_Gda%C5%84sku)

It's quite crowded almost all the time. There are restaurants and coffee machines nearby. This place will enchant you - especially at sunset 🌅

Everything is fine, but very often you can smell the car exhaust fumes strongly and riding a bike or running is then not pleasant.
