The station building of the defunct ŻKP Żnin-Ostrówce line. The line ran through Rydlewo and Balczewo and had a total length of 11.2 km. The first section, from Żnin to Rydlewo, opened on July 1, 1894, and was 2.2 km long. The next section, from Rydlewo to Ostrówce, was 9 km long and opened on June 7, 1908. The station served both passenger and freight purposes, but passenger traffic was never restored after World War II. The line was closed to traffic on July 1, 1988, and was closed in 1991.
