Gourmet break in Roquefort-sur-Soulzon where Roquefort is made, one of the jewels of French gastronomy. In addition, the views from the village are splendid.

In the heart of the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park, Saint-Affrique spreads out in the Sorgues valley. Very nice market on Saturday morning and many producers of honey and Roquefort around. There is also a nice little associative café in the city: the Lieu-dit.

After 90 km with no possibility of calorie intake, I was happy with the menu of the day in Roquefort-sur-Soulzon. Then a very nice descent to the decorative Lauras roundabout and on to Millau
