Agua Dulce Trail's steep gradients and technical sections make it better suited for intermediate to advanced riders. Bring plenty of water and be prepared for both the climb and thrilling descents. The effort is well worth it for the adventure and views!

You get fantastic views across the Santa Ana Mountains as you ascend the ridge to Los Pinos Peak. The trail is beautiful but there is no shade as it follows the top of the ridgeline the whole time.

Los Pinos Peak is the fourth highest peak in the county, after Santiago, Modjeska, and Trabuco Peak. There are a few different trails you can explore that take you to the summit, though some trailheads in the Trabuco Creek Valley have been closed in recent years so it is best to check the Forest Service website before you go.

One of the best rides in Southern California. This trail is heavily traveled – especially on the weekends. Therefore, I recommend riding Sun Juan early in the morning when it is less crowded. Enjoy the challenging uphill with its tight switchbacks. And by the way: Descending this trail is real fun, too! But watch out for uphill riders.

The climb up Pine Creek Road is long and steep. This road is a great connector trail to Canyon Noble Trail.

The Water of the Woods Trail leads to a small pond. Take a break and admire the blooming water lilies in spring and early summer.
