Visit this iconic West Coast burger chain that sets itself apart from other fast food chains in many ways. The 100% USDA ground chuck is free of additives, fillers, and preservatives and is not frozen but instead shipped fresh and cooked to order. Employees are generally paid much better than other fast food workers; managers make a great salary, and all workers get medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and free meals during shifts. There's also an employee assistance program that helps with issues like stress, substance abuse, mental health, or major life events.
