Cycle path rather narrow, unfortunately mandatory to use. Not the most beautiful section but you make progress. Depending on the direction, you have to cross the road to get onto the cycle path. I find that rather *** for the barely kilometer.

Just a few meters from the road, at the northeastern end (also with a road bike), you can ride to the "beach" to cool off in the lake.

The asphalt isn't the best. But there's hardly any traffic and the scenery is beautiful.

The approach to the Brettmühlenteich or the Zschornaer Teiche is a semi-romantic one through the forest, but the parallel motorway and the chicken farm spoil the idyll a little. At least the asphalt is good, apart from the few concrete slab sections, and there is little traffic.
