Wonderful bike line, partly in the middle of the beach. Wonderful in December, where it's not so hot, but the water/sea is very cold

This beautiful marina was built in 1983 as the sailing facility for the 1984 summer Olympics. The views out over the harbour are great, especially if you like boats. There is also a shoreline beach bike path here but beware as it gets somewhat busy.

The Shoreline Pedestrian/Bicycle Path is a great scenic multipurpose trail that runs from Shoreline Marina to Long Beach's Belmont Shore neighborhood. It follows the glorious white sandy Californian coastline for nearly its entire journey. A fantastic bike journey.
