The Evangelical Lutheran St. Pankratius parish extends to the surrounding village-like Hamburg districts of Neuenfelde and Francop. Part of Rübke in Lower Saxony also belongs to it. The baroque parish church is open daily and is over 300 years old. It is very well visited by tourists, especially during the fruit blossom and in the summer months. Because of the great organ and the burial place of the world-famous organ builder Arp Schnitger, who lived in Neuenfelde.

A ferry trip to Teufelsbrück or into the Port of Hamburg is both recommendable and interesting. In front of the pier, there is a restaurant, a kiosk, and an open space for relaxing.
