In the years 2016 to the end of 2019, all buildings were extensively restored. The residential house and the two barns have been leased to the Lau family since September 2019, who, together with the restaurant zum Mühlenteich on Nienburger Straße, successfully operate the hotel, café and restaurant zum Mühlenteich. The actual mill is excluded here. This has been leased long-term to our association since November 2015.
