Wonderful replica from 2023 of a historic stone hut, a "Trulli". The special feature: a mortar-free corbelled stone dome roof. Approximately 10,000 natural stones (70 tons) were used here at this location.

For those who enjoy searching for paths, sometimes crawling through undergrowth, and expecting surprises, this trail is highly recommended. We occasionally strayed from the path, and some wide sections looked as if they hadn't been used for years. So, we continued along with plenty of humor and a touch of sarcasm.

An enchanted path leads along the railway tracks to a spring called "Nonnenpiss" (Nun's Piss). This spring was used by the former Brunnenburg nunnery.
