The center of mountain biking in Koroška is Jamnica, located at the intersection of three cycling trail networks. The family-run Koroš MTB farm has been converted into a unique small eco-hotel offering fantastic views of the mountains and forests. It is a specialized cycling hotel with the highest standards of facilities for cyclists. Experience and a good reputation went hand in hand with the opening of the first cycling hotel in Slovenia in 1995. Ten double rooms. A viewing terrace. Space for quiet and creative leisure activities. Sauna and massage. Free Wi-Fi. Traditional and original organic dishes. The largest cycling information center in Slovenia. A wide selection of cycling tours. Our own single trail park. Bike shuttle transport service. Specialized bike rentals. Trained cycling guides. Learning cycling skills. Cycling camps and events. Organization of individual and group cycling tours in Slovenia and abroad. Our bike hotel is located on a hill with breathtaking views, the perfect place to start your morning cycling in a relaxed manner. Do you have to climb back up the hill at the end of your tour? Of course not! We offer free pick-up from several locations in the valley. So you don't have to climb up to us unless you really want to. Great place to stay, especially if you are young. It's run by PAC Sports, and offers adrenaline-park experince, organizes rock-climbing, rafting, canyoning, spelunking, and other activities. They rent e-MTBs, kayaks and SUPs, and can assist you in some other sporting endeavors. Also, one of nicer bathing spots in Bohinj is just below the Hostel. Having a cold beer on the meadow infront of the Hostel, while looking at the lake and the surrounding mountains is an experience many people would cherish. It's not as cozy and "family-like" as it was fifteen years ago, but what is nowadays?

Stunning view from the top of the platform, with clear weather you can easily see the coastline, the north-eastern alps & the julian alps. Hard climb but absolutely worth it.

Currently (2023) the trails are closed. You can still get down, but there are many trees and branches lying around

Absolutely NO S1!!!!! It's more S2-S3 trail. We only drove the second part. This one looks easy at first but gets very rocky and very washed out very quickly. Large loose stones (approx. 10-20cm) are in the washed-out area. When wet it's definitely an S3Trail! So nothing for beginners and occasional MTB'ler.

In the upper third a very nice trail, the hairpin bends can (almost) all be done well in dry conditions. However, from the middle part it is very rocky, steep and partly worn out/washed out and is definitely no longer an S1 trail. Even though I wasn't able to ride everything, it was still a good time.
