Here there is not only a water treading facility (Kneipp pool), but also a fire pit where you can have an excellent barbecue. Briefly inform the municipality and then you can get started. We take a handcart, pack everything together and then we barbecue and afterwards relax on a blanket on the meadow.

A typical Black Forest trail: narrow, rooty, and sometimes technical (grades S1–S2), but with plenty of flow and pure nature. A real highlight for mountain bike enthusiasts.

Just before the descent into the Münstertal valley, it's worth stopping for a while: from here, you have a magnificent view of the Neumagen River, which winds its way through the valley – especially beautiful when the sun is low in the sky or after rain, when the river glistens.
