The bathing area is easily accessible to all (well, it's a few kilometers off-road from Beja) and is very popular. It has complete infrastructure and equipment for various sports, such as canoeing, sailing, and stand-up paddleboarding. The extensive forest surrounding the river beach offers hiking and cycling trails, as well as two well-camouflaged birdwatching stations. There's also a small bar.
