Beautiful path through the pine forests in front of the sea. It gets a bit bumpy in places, as the path is often interrupted by sections of wooden planks lying across it.

A very beautiful waterfall, next to a rural path. The location is close to the Ribeiras do Rio Uíma Park.

The Uíma River Walkways are integrated into the Parque das Ribeiras do Rio Uíma, in the parishes of Fiães and Lobão. Over four delightful kilometers, they reveal the charms of the verdant, leafy forest through which the Uíma River flows, one of the many tributaries of the Douro River. Along the way there are small waterfalls, streams, a dam and even an observation tower to study the local fauna. There is no shortage of information panels, which help to interpret the rich fauna and flora of this ecosystem. There is also equipment for exercising, a picnic area and two car parks, one at each end of the walkway at Parque das Ribeiras do Rio Uíma.
