The cemetery was established in the late 18th century. Its grounds included: a neo-Gothic mortuary (built in 1872-1873) a cemetery chapel (built in 1911) After World War II, the cemetery fell into disrepair and gradually fell into ruin. Its complete destruction occurred in 1970, when bulldozers razed the site as part of the construction of the Polkowice municipal stadium.
