We made a detour there on our tour because we wanted to have a drink in the courtyard and refill our water bottles. The place is quite nice, the drink prices are really reasonable for the area, and you can relax in the castle's inner courtyard.

Nice place to linger. Benches, charging station for e-bikes and in the former transformer house there is a chest with delicious farm ice cream 🍦😋

The beaver is at home here again and can be seen again and again at the feeding spots along the Aach. Some older trees that have already been eaten have been secured to the trunk with a wire mesh.

Nature reserve next to the Aach. Trees, shrubs and sedges along the river provide breeding opportunities for many birds.
