This trail has it's fair share of gates, there must have been half a dozen double gates the same as the photo. There are loads of single gates also, they are easier to open and close compared to many, just need the lever tapped at the top and they open, easy enough to ride off whilst pushed the gate back as they all seemed to close as riding off

The Lochore Meadows Parkrun is a fun free weekly 5km run that starts here at 9:30 each Saturday.
