Be aware cars have 1-way access around the Three Lochs Forest Drive and not all drivers understand that cyclists can ride this gravel road in both directions. I found the Three Lochs Forest Drive quite busy with cars late afternoon mid week.

From March to September a permit for a Camping Management Zone is needed, which you can get through the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park website. From October to February, you do not need a permit. please wild camp responsibly and Leave No Trace.
