Just over this bridge is the way into Fermyn Woods Country Park where you will find a cafe and toilets , plus outdoor seating so your bike will be with you safely all the time.

Wonderful view of the Nevill Holt Estate where they hold the Nevill Holt Operas which has amazing views over the surrounding countryside. Also has a beautiful large scale statue of a horse's head in the grounds.

Amazing church built in the Norman period and extended repeatedly to accommodate the thousands of medieval pilgrims visiting or passing the thriving town of Hallaton.

This countryside park has ample car parking, open dawn-dusk and is free. Head to the left when entering the car park to avoid height restrictions if carrying bikes on the roof! We found this to be a great start/finish point for our Rutland ride.
