Hossmo Kyrka was built around 1120. After 1240 the church was converted into a fortified church by strengthening the masonry and adding an upper floor with loopholes. The sandstone baptismal font dates from the early 13th century and the pulpit from 1768. The paintings in the choir of the apse were uncovered in 2020.
