A beatiful forest path between the lake and Kastellet. Some of it is delightful narrow path, and towards Kastellet it widens out to more comfortable track. It's a pleasure to walk this in the company of silence and trees.

A wide road off Kvarntopsvågen leads to the lake here, and the first sight of the lake is soon to be seen. A beautiful view through the trees - but this is just the beginning. If you follow the lake's shoreline (on either side of it), it only gets better from here!

An absolutely magical stroll on the southern shores of the lake. Better here than on the other side of it as it's quieter and further away from Vidja. An exquisitely serene experience in the company of trees throwing their shadows on the beautiful surface of the lake's quiet waters.
