The Burgbergturm stands on the 534 meter high castle hill. It can only be reached by bike or on foot. From the observation tower you have a great view of the Odenwald, Steigerwald and the Swabian Alb. At the tower there is also a restaurant with a beer garden, a playground and a rest area.

I think the lakes are beautiful. At the right time of year the croaking is very loud. Absolutely beautiful.

Secluded insider tip. The Burgberg tower protrudes in the middle of the forest. Unfortunately not always accessible, but there is a good opportunity for a rest here.

You have an amazing view from up here. A bit crowded when the weather is good. But still worth it. 👍
