A magnificent landscape! The path is gravel and sometimes a bit deep. On warm days and weekends, the trail through the Wental Valley becomes a bit challenging, as cyclists share the trail with hikers and there are also many families with children. Mutual consideration is therefore necessary, but this is also a given. A stunning landscape to be enjoyed. Take your time—it's worth it. I first learned about the Wental Valley through a report on SWR: https://www.swr.de/video/sendungen-a-z/landesschau-bw/ausflug-zum-felsenmeer-100.html

On our hike through the Wental valley we also passed the so-called witch's hole. The sinkhole and cave somehow have something really spooky about them. Unfortunately no witch came out of the sinkhole that day and so we strolled along at a leisurely pace. 😁
