Beautiful view over the mountain lake

In the beginning, there were only cocktails and a few pallets - no coffee, no food :-) Heading to the beach bar? Enjoy the spring. Whether indoors or outdoors – in the winter garden, on the terrace, or in the sand – you'll find plenty of space for a relaxed coffee break, a suitable lunch snack, or the perfect end to the day with the most beautiful lake view. Bar dü Mar. The Beach Bar at Dümmersee. Cult since 2004. Pallets, ice cubes, glasses, and drinks were lugged by the inventor Martin with a few friends and helpers almost 21 years ago into the bathing bay in Hüde. And there it stood, the first Beach Bar at Dümmer See. Bar dü Mar. Only cocktails were sold; those who wanted coffee were kindly sent elsewhere. Long, long ago... Feet in the sand or behind a warm wall, a fine restaurant with regional products, and the chill beach bar with cocktails and homemade drinks. Burgers, salad, or the finest barbecue, wine, and delicious coffee with a piece of fresh cake, ice cream, chill-out areas, live acts, private parties, corporate incentives, Christmas parties, and always the most beautiful sunset at the Dümmer and simply "Stimmung dü Mar". All of this combined is Bar dü Mar today. https://barduemar.de/

The burial mound has changed significantly in the last three years. There is now a wooden fence to protect the mound and a small path to walk around it. An information panel has also been installed, where visitors can access interesting information in both High German and Low German via a QR code.
