Beautiful bike path along the tracks

The approximately 66 km long North Palatinate High-Altitude Cycle Route is a challenging, very beautiful circular route with amazing views. I rode it on a gravel bike, which was a lot of fun. It's definitely fun on a mountain bike too. You should have wide enough tires for off-road use and adjust the tire pressure accordingly. Some climbs require a certain level of fitness. If you're using an e-bike, you should have a sufficiently strong battery.
