It's actually a pedestrian bridge. It's difficult to climb the steep ramps with a loaded bike.

But the surface of a large number of sections of this route is poor, and sometimes terrible - completely unprepared: either sandy, or with a washboard or cat's heads (cobblestones), so that the teeth fly out, the chain falls off and the wheels become polygons.
