Svinaře Castle was built in 1766 on the site of a former fortress. A chateau park was built at the same time as the castle. After the Second World War, the castle began to deteriorate until it was included in the list of endangered monuments. In 2003 the gradual reconstruction of the palace began. The palace grounds are increasingly being used for cultural and social events. A bistro, a café and a gallery were opened. The castle hosts wedding ceremonies and various corporate events.
