The Racine Breakwater Lighthouse is located on Lake Michigan was constructed in 1910 and was in use until 1987. While it is no longer used, it is still illuminated at night. It can be seen from the path along the Lake Michigan Pathway, and there is a short path that takes you to its base.

The Pugh Recreational Area is a nice, quiet area along the banks of Lake Michigan. There are several benches and a picnic area, so it is a great place for a break. There is also a small pier that is used as a boat launch.
