The section of the Nadwarciański Bicycle Trail, which runs along a gravel road along the Warta River, offers picturesque views of the river and its floodplains. The route follows flood embankments, and the even surface makes it suitable for any type of bike with a slightly wider tire, not just mountain bikes. This is a peaceful and scenic section of the trail, ideal for recreational cycling and observing the wildlife of the Warta Valley.

Uroczysko Zieleń is a picturesque area in the Warta River valley, encompassing approximately 80 hectares of forests, meadows, and oxbow lakes. It lies within the Uniejów Protected Landscape Area and is part of the Natura 2000 "Middle Warta Valley" site. A 2.7-kilometer nature trail leads through its most interesting corners, featuring six life-size animal models with QR codes providing additional information. The trail is well-marked and takes approximately 1.5–2 hours. It's an interesting option for a leisurely stroll or a short stop on a cycling trip in the Uniejów area.

Koło Castle, built after 1365 on the orders of King Casimir the Great, guarded a vital route from Greater Poland towards Łęczyca through the Warta Valley. Situated on an artificial hill at a river bend, it was a rectangular structure with a massive keep and perimeter walls. In the 15th century, it served as a meeting place for the Greater Poland nobility and a royal residence, frequently visited by Władysław Jagiełło and Casimir IV Jagiellon. After being abandoned by the starosts in the 16th century, it fell into ruin, and its walls were partially demolished. Today, the surviving fragments of the walls and the towers can be admired from the Warta River ramparts, which provide a good vantage point for the surrounding area.

Uniejów Castle is one of the city's most important attractions, picturesquely situated on the left bank of the Warta River. Built between 1360 and 1365 at the initiative of Archbishop Jarosław Bogoria Skotnicki, it replaced an earlier wooden stronghold. For centuries, it served defensive, administrative, and residential functions, and after renovations, it gained Renaissance and Baroque elements. It is surrounded by a romantic landscape park with rare trees, perfect for strolling. Today, the castle houses a hotel, restaurant, and conference center, and the entire structure can be visited, admiring the restored interior and 25-meter-high tower.

Although the road leading to the castle is mostly compacted gravel and not asphalt, a road bike shouldn't have any problem reaching the castle ruins.

From Konin, access is via a decent gravel road. From Gozdowo, the road is a bit rougher, but still passable on road tires. The ruins themselves are not very impressive, but they look beautiful nestled among fields, right by the water.
