The Bruce's Mill Conservation Area sugarbush is one of the park’s most popular seasonal features in early spring. There is a long-running Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival hosted here, where visitors can learn about Indigenous, traditional, and modern methods of producing maple syrup. Visitors can go on wagon rides, eat pancake meals, and experience Canadian tradition. During the rest of the year you will still find buckets hanging on the trees extracting the syrup.
