A traditional Mexican restaurant, located a bit out of the way, so not a tourist trap, more of a place where well-off citizens go to eat with the whole family on Sundays. Very attractive interior and delicious, inexpensive food. I recommend Arracherra, the “medio kilogram” portion can be seen in my pictures. Side dishes include onions, catus leaves (nopales or nopalitos), chilies, guacamole and enchiladas rojas.

Most of the year the air in this region of Mexico is relatively dry, so you might want to take something to drink with you.
