A park-like fairground is surrounded by all sorts of old harrows, plows, tedders, and similar equipment. I believe the tractor meets used to take place here, which are proudly presented in a photo gallery. The last one was apparently before Corona.

Inspired by a trip to Asia, Friedrich Maximilian von Hochberg had the garden redesigned with several partial gardens. A Japanese garden with small watercourses and bridges between islets was laid out on an island in the Tschirne. From the castle to the west, the Chinese Garden extends as a further partial garden, bounded by two backdrop-like clinker walls on a curved floor plan with round and oval window openings, which are supposed to be reminiscent of Chinese moon gates. A path leads to the border of the garden, where a staircase and pagoda architecture crosses a street as a pedestrian bridge. Another area was the rose garden enclosed by an ornamental wall. From 1919 the von Alvensleben were the owners. Today the palace park has been extensively renovated. Source: Wikipedia

Klein Priebus is very often confused with the former German town of Priebus (now Przewóz in Poland), opposite Podrosche. The name Priebus means “at the ford”, derived from the Wendish “pschibus”, the ferry. Klein Priebus also found the occasion o.a. First mentioned in 1390. Until 1945 the place was an industrial village (with a paper factory located on the eastern side of the Neisse), today it offers a high residential character, especially due to its quiet and idyllic location. A walk along the Neisse with the newly built Neisse weir promises relaxation and recreation. On a rubber dinghy tour from Steinbach to Klein Priebus, you can feel the idyll of the flora and fauna reserve on the Neisse.
