Several small, abandoned bunkers. The larger ones are all recently sealed. I found a small, open one with two floors. Be careful on the wooden walkways! I slipped badly today and "lost" a cell phone.

Be careful on the slippery wooden walkways. Despite wearing proper hiking boots, I ended up landing on my back here. Unfortunately, my cell phone broke in the process.

An ideal starting point for a hike to Storhornet or a detour to Alnes. No overnight accommodations allowed, no restrooms.

Interesting cemetery where most of the gravestones show the name of the town/island Giske. The church is made of marble. There is very good information from the church guide. The church dates from the 12th century. The altar cloth is from 1688
