The Manufactory is a former industrial complex. In 1872 the first building, the weaving mill, was erected. The complex also included a spinning mill, production halls, warehouses, workers' housing, a school and even a hospital. The residence of the founding family Poznanski is also located here, a palatial building. Today the entire area is a pedestrian zone with a shopping mall, hotel, restaurants and bars.
