The bridge was built in the 1950s and with its 260m length is the longest cable-stayed bridge in Bulgaria. I recommend visiting and passing it - the experience is worth it.

The bridge is actually open 24 hours 😅😅, so it is open all the time, sometime around 9:00 someone appears and unlocks his kiosk, sells tickets and magnets, etc. But 2 leva is not that much. The long-distance hiking trail sultanstrail runs over the bridge.
