A fantastic canyon with a stunning photo backdrop. The ice-cold water is a bit of a challenge in itself (like an ice bath for beginners). But even I, a cold-blooded person, managed it well. Water shoes are a must, as is a helmet. Gravel often falls, and it's not uncommon to encounter large rocks from the cliffs, which are up to 150 meters high. Large rocks are also a possibility, although luckily none fell on us. The sulfur smell isn't great, but you get used to it after a few minutes. Still, a fantastic experience!

It's a beautiful experience to walk through the canyon. It's best to bring water shoes/shoes that can get wet, as you'll have to walk through the rocky riverbed. The water is very cold, smells of sulphur and can sometimes reach up to your hips. I would also recommend a helmet, as stones are constantly falling from above, especially when it's windy. I was almost hit by a stone, it's really not easy! Avoid the weekend and come as early in the morning as possible to avoid the hordes of tourists.
