This Crow River Regional Trail segment runs adjacent to County Road 17 and is especially scenic. The northern endpoint is located in the town of Delano, by the Crow River, while the southern endpoint, on Watertown Road, is just one mile from the Luce Line.

This is an excellent spot to start a walk along the shores of Buffalo Lake, heading towards the town of Buffalo, or to begin a bike ride south on a dedicated, paved trail for both pedestrians and cyclists, heading to Montrose. After the creek crossing take the blue line to the right. Fewer chicanes and S curves. I rode on Race Kings and found I needed a bit more bite in the corners if my bike handling was sub par.
