Nice place to start a long run, although the roads on the east side of the peninsula have lower speed limits for cars so those roads seem safer to me. Where you can, try to go through the neighborhood where cars go slower.

Convenient road to run across the peninsula, probably it worth to explore turning on Horizon Dr and explore that part too.

Worth to run all the way here from East Bay Park. You can keep going on Center Rd but the speed limit for car is higher there so be very careful, so if you run on Center Rd try to go early morning and very visible clothes.
