There are 2 well positioned benches here, in view of the magnificent Barlaston Hall that overlooks the lake. Take a moment to enjoy the view.

This has pretty much kept to the same plan as when it was officially opened for Queen Victoria's Jubilee. It has an icecream van by the play area every weekend. It has a skate board park, football fields, 2 large courts, outdoor gym, bowling greens, table tennis, bandstand and LOTS of friendly resident squirrels. Come with a frisbee, picnic and change for a Mr Whippy and you are in for a nice family day out. (They are currently putting a tea room in too which should be operational by summertime.)
