The Radspitzalm in Mittelberg, operated by the Frankenwaldverein, local group Seibelsdorf, is only open on special occasions. The Radspitzeinkehr, just opposite, is usually open from January 6th. Here there is coffee and cake, a hearty snack or other dishes. The "Radspitze-Oberehesberg-Kreuzstein" cross-country ski run is very close by. You can park here, but chains are required for the ascent from Seibelsdorf to Mittelberg by car.
